Dave Griffin - Stained Glass Artist based in Derbyshire
Dave Griffin is a stained glass artist based in the Peak District in Derbyshire. This website gives you an introduction to my work as a designer and maker of original commissioned window and door panels which are made using traditional techniques and materials.
Glass is chosen to suit the location and ambient light, so the shade and quality of each piece changes with both the weather and the time of day.
All my work is made with a high degree of artistry and craftsmanship according to the Code of Practice of the British Society of Master Glass Painters.
Panels are designed in full partnership with clients, and have been exhibited nationally.

My inspiration comes from the beauty of shapes and forms found in nature.
His design, following much conversation, visits to our house, and exploration of the Dale itself, perfectly captures the spirit of our home and the local area. |
