This website was launched in September 2007 with the aim to make it more contemporary, easier to access and more visually appealing. If you encounter any difficulties using the site feel free to send an email. The site has been designed by Richard Griffin and created by Mark Pollak of Clifton Media.
The image opposite shows the exhibition panel in the Games 2012 Exhibition at Swansea Metropolitain University. This exhibition was arranged jointly by the University and the BSMGP, and artists were invited to create a panel to express what the theme of Games meant to them. I chose the theme of childhood games and wanted to recreate the sheer excitement of 'waiting to be found'. The design was kept simple and the colours bold as a way of recreating how children see the world. This panel along with 37 other diverse and beautiful examples of the craft was part of the Waterfont Museum until the 23rd September 2012.
I have recently completed a series of encapsulated panels for a villa in Paxos, Greece, and will post pictures of these windows on this page shortly. Currently work includes Welsh and Cheshire landscape windows along with an exciting arched window installation. Details to follow soon...
